Mountain Biking in the Elbow Valley

What a glorious way to spend a day

Dan takes a break from mountain biking in the Elbow Valley at a picnic table in the sun with mountain bikes leaning against the table.

There are many great trails, well maintained and super fun to grind up and glide down in the Elbow Valley west of Bragg Creek and in the Moose Mountain area.

Powering up steep rooty trails onto the tops of ridges and hillsides, working up a sweat, is a very satisfying way to enjoy the mountains  and build fitness.

Riding down can feel like flying!

Mountain biking in the Elbow Valley is a great way to spend a day outside.
